The main goal is to let our colleagues know that we wouldn't be where we are today without them - they are the foundation of our company. Therefore we implemented this week in all our regions to highlight our values and which are lived by our employees day by day.
What is happening during our employee appreciation week?

Some receive threats, others personalised notes, but common for all regions is the "appreciation wall" where employees can show their gratitude towards other colleagues.
