Our Newcomers Day is designed to allow new employees to dive into our company's comprehensive industry.
We understand that starting a new journey can be exciting and overwhelming, so we have designed this 1-2 day event to provide added knowledge about the aerospace industry and create a basic understanding of Satair's impact. We aim to familiarise you with our company's culture, values and vision through engaging activities and informative sessions while connecting you with fellow newcomers.
We use the Newcomers Day to inspire and enhance a sense of teamwork across departmental and national boundaries to promote cross-functional collaboration. We aim that all newcomers attend their Newcomers Day within the first 3 months after their start.
